I'm looking to share my 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with an undergraduate or PhD student or professional female, non-smokers only, in Teneriffe, a very popular inner city riverside location, well served by public transport and close to QUT Kelvin Grove campus, QIMR Berghofer, the Herston medical and hospital complex. 15 minutes by bus from Brisbane city, walking distance from upmarket James St, Gasworks shopping (supermarket) shopping centre, Palace Cinema and all Howard Smith Wharves entertainment. Great for runners and exercisers but quiet with plenty of Australian birds so close to the city! I am an older female, former professional and academic now a health consumer representative. Sharing with us will be Henry, my 4-year old schnauzer (dog), the best and quietest dog on the planet, loved by all who stay here.
