Ashgrove is a green and safe inner city suburb. We are walking distance to bus stops with easy access to Brisbane CBD, Southbank, QUT campuses, UQ St Lucia, and various institutions, galleries etc.
It is an easy walk to two separate shopping precincts each offering a large assortment of dining, entertainment and retail venues.

Travel options and times by bus, e-bike and car
to Queensland University of Technology less than 15 mins (Kelvin Grove and city campuses)
to the University of Queensland is 40mins
within 1km of supermarkets, fruiterer, butcher, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, gyms, cinemas, and medical centres.

We are: a Mum, 2 young adults and 2 cats. We enjoy being at home, cooking, reading, music & movies. We are looking for an independent and respectful person who’d also like to hang out with us some of the time. Our 2 cats are important family members and spend most of their time indoors. If you are not a cat person (regardless of gender or relationship status ;-)) our house probably won't suit you.
