A large and light queen size bedroom awaits you on the ground floor (upper level) of a lovely spacious house in Red Hill.

Red Hill is located between Kelvin Grove and Paddington. The QUT campus at Kelvin Grove is just a 20-minute walk. Brisbane city is just 10 minutes by bus from the stop across the road. Paddington and Ashgrove are both just short walks away, they have a range of good cafes, restaurants and shops.

Your bedroom has a queen bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a study desk with chair and light. It is located on the same floor as the main bathroom, kitchen, main lounge and dining areas. With easy access to the street and upper rear deck. The upper deck is very peaceful and great for relaxing on a sunny afternoon.

My wife and I are both from overseas, and we understand how daunting travelling a new country can be. Kathleen is a native Mandarin speaker, which can be very useful for any guests travelling from Taiwan, Hong Kong and China etc.

Your weekly rent will cover all the regular outgoings:

The TV in the main lounge has Netflix and Amazon Prime Video

Pricing does not include food, but this can be an additional consideration if required. You are welcome to use the kitchen.

Bed linen, towels, and laundry will be provided.

There is an expectation that you’ll clean up after yourself in the kitchen and other common areas.
