The space provided is mostly private, apart from a shared laundry. You will have your own bathroom, bedroom, large lounge room and access to the internet. The apartment has a kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and microwave. Happy for long term renters to use induction cook tops. The pictures look a bit bare at the moment as we are currently purchasing furniture. Out front their is off road parking available. In the rear garden is a BBQ and pool that you will have shared access too. Be great to spend time down here getting to know you and share a meal from time to time.

We live upstairs with our 3yr old daughter and very friendly fur child, a 12yr old cavoodle. We are both professionals working Monday to Friday. Mel is also a part time student studying her Masters online through QUT.

Redcliffe is a beautiful area to live. Our home is just around the corner from the hospital should this be relevant to your studies/work. We live walking distance from Brisbanes nearest beach which is great for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking and kite surfing. The jetty is a great place to drop a line if you like to fish and settlement cove provides a beautiful lagoon to swim in whilst taking in the beautiful view of moreton bay island. Shops and local markets are close enough to walk. The moreton bay cycle way is a wonderful way to see more than a 150km of Brisbane coastline.

Your nearest train station, Kippa ring, is 2km from our home and is an easy walk or bike ride. The train provides frequent services to both the city and the sunshine coast. The latter is a 50 minute drive away, providing beautiful surf beaches and national parks for the outdoor enthusiast.

The property is strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs. We are looking for courteous guests who respect our home and want to enjoy exploring the area, escaping the city for a more relaxed lifestyle.
