4 bedroom home which is 5 minute drive to the heart of the city and Southbank. We are located next to QUT Kelvin Grove and the free bus link to QUT Gardens Point campus in the city.

The city bus is a 1 minute walk from our front door and there is also plenty of free off street parking if you have a car.

The home is a lovely little cottage. You will be sharing it with a sporty family of a mum and two teenage children and a couple of small and very friendly little dogs that don’t shed hair.

Please note that due to the nature of my work, my sons work and my daughter’s training commitments we get up very early. The person suitable for the room would need to be of a quieter respectful nature after the hours of 10pm each evening. Cooking would have to be completed and the kitchen tidied by 7:30pm Mon - Fri as this is when I return home from work and need to prepare meals from my children and myself. The weekends we are far more flexible with the use of the kitchen times. This home is a cottage and the walls are not thick and if you are someone who games into the wee hours of the morning then our home is probably not the place for you.

We are only a few metres to the bus stop and only a 5 minute walk to QUT Kelvin Grove Campus University and to many shops. If you go to QUT Gardens Point then there is a regular free shuttle bus 3 minutes from us that will take you to and from the campus.

There are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bike paths and cinemas also all within walking distance from our home and you could walk to the heart of the city in 10-15 minutes or it’s a 5 minute bus trip.
