My spouse and I are a married couple from India, visiting Australia on a Subclass 400 short-stay visa. We need a room to rent from 16th to 31st December, as our employer will provide accommodation starting 1st January. We arrive on 15th December due to affordable flights and will cover this period’s rent ourselves, so we are seeking a very affordable option.
We spent three months in Australia earlier this year and are familiar with the culture and values. We are humble, clean, tidy, and respectful of house rules. We are happy to cooperate, adjust, and assist with chores if needed.
